Emsworth's Gwen Trosky sits in her home without electricity with her daughters, Kierra, 4 and Clarissa, 2, when the family returned to their home to get some personal items and let their dog out, Tuesday, September 16, 2008. Most of the houses on the northern end of Allegheny Avenue in Emsworth are without power.
